He is a Postgraduate engineer in Electronics and Communication from IIT Madras and has over more than 25 years in the IT industry. He is the CEO of the iPower Solutions Ltd. He has worked in companies like Bharat Electronics, TVS group etc. He has experience both in IT industry and ITES. He is providing the business strategy and direction for the company. He brings with him his vast experience in Strategic management, Business development and operations and quality management to iPower Solutions Ltd.

Mr. S.Jagadeesan (Accounts and Administration Manager):

He is a graduate with more than 29 year experience in Accounts and Administration. He has worked in companies like Telco, amalgamations group. He brings his vast experience in Accounts, administration and HR to iPower Solutions Ltd.
